The CPAP machine is the core of your sleep therapy. It delivers pressurised air to keep your airway open during sleep. There are three types: CPAP (fixed pressure), APAP (auto-adjusting pressure), and BiPAP (two pressure levels for inhale and exhale), each designed to meet different needs.

The mask is worn while you sleep and connects to the hose. It delivers air directly to your nose, mouth or both, depending on the style. Common types include nasal masks, full-face masks and nasal pillows, each designed to suit different sleep positions and breathing preferences.

The hose connects your CPAP machine to your mask, allowing pressurised air to flow through. Standard hoses are flexible and lightweight, while heated hoses help reduce moisture build-up and keep the air warm, improving comfort and preventing condensation during your therapy.

The water chamber is part of the CPAP’s humidifier system. Fill it with distilled water, and it gently adds moisture to your airflow, helping you avoid a dry nose, mouth or throat. It's especially handy in dry weather or when your air feels a bit too warm at night.
